Rainbow dress

I knew I “needed” this dress as soon as I saw it. It reminded me of the parachute games we played when we were in elementary school. Of course it’s also in my favorite fit: trapeze. I had gift cards that covered the whole cost (plus a new carry on suitcase!), so it was an easy decision. I always let my gift cards add up to make a larger purchase. I’m glad I waited on this one! It’s also how I’ve saved up for my camera lenses.

I wore this dress to Disney World for the #adultsatdisney press trip (full post is coming soon), and I really do think it made the day even brighter. The twirl action in this dress is pretty epic. It got lots of questions, and though it sold out on Shopbop it’s still available here. Get it before that one sells out, if you’re looking to splurge on something special!

p.s. Speaking of, there’s another Shopbop sale, today! The entire site (with a few exclusions) is on sale, with 20% off orders under $500 and 25% off orders over $500 with EVENT19. My Rhode Resort dress (above) comes in several colors and patterns, so if you missed my exact one before it sold out on Shopbop, make sure you check out the other options and take advantage of the sale. I love the pink and red option!

A few go-to brands I like to browse: Madewell, Loveshackfancy, Ganni, Free People, and I always stock up on the adhesive Nippies. I swear by them for no bra days…and when there are sales, I buy three backups (the limit). I feel like they deserve a post of their own!
