DIY Word Hair Clips Tutorial // A How To By Aww, Sam!
Sam has another tutorial for us to try, and this one is so much fun and easy to do! I’m a sucker for novelty hair accessories, and this DIY word hair clips tutorial is right up my alley. I’m currently on my way to Los Angeles, but I think I need to make a Miku hair clip, the second I get back. Want to make your own? Follow Sam’s step by step tutorial on how to make bright and colorful word hair clips, below:
- Alphabet noodles
- Super glue
- Bobby pins or hair clips
- Tweezers
- Spray paint
- Plan out the words with alphabet noodles that you want to put on the hair clips.
- Put the clips on a piece of cardboard or cardstock.
- Use a small amount of super glue along the top of the hair clip.
- With your tweezers, carefully place the letters onto the clip. Allow to dry completely.
- Spray paint over the whole hair clip and allow to dry completely before placing in your hair.
