Follow my step-by-step video tutorial on how to apply glittery eye makeup, featuring the Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons palette and their handy Too Faced Shadow Insurance Glitter Glue Glitter Bonding Eyeshadow Primer to keep the loose glitter in its place. Keep in mind that fallout is inevitable, so you might want to apply your eye makeup before the rest of your face makeup — that way, you can wipe away the mess without ruining any of your previous work. I made the mistake of filming the final clip of the video before I cleaned it up, and didn’t catch it until I was taking photos.
