Bobby and I spent the day with Lauren and Andi (pictured), two of our New Orleans friends who recently moved to Nashville. We started our day with brunch at Marsh House, then visited this darling little flower truck that was parked outside of White’s Mercantile, where Lauren arranged a precious bouquet for Andi. She’s good like that! After hopping over to Hip Zipper for some vintage shopping, where I got a cotton blouse and a couple of scarves, we settled in for drinks and conversation at the cozy Urban Cowboy Public House. You guys, Nashville is very hip. I know I live in Brooklyn and everything, but I’m in the not-so-hip (but very lovely) Park Slope, so it’s a little different. It seems like every time I visit, more great restaurants and shops are popping up in unexpected places — and more and more friends and family are moving here, which makes it even better.
