Holiday Dress, Holiday Spirit
This vintage purse’s coin bag still had a bunch of coins and tickets from 1965 and before (all the way back to the 40s wheat pennies). It made me so excited! I’m keeping them in there.

After several days of being pampered by my sunshine Bobby boyfriend (homemade soups!), I’m finally starting to feel a little less dead to the world. I took the opportunity to ham it up in a holiday dress, complete with a petticoat underneath. We made up for the lack of outfit posts by taking several million pictures, as you can see. I’m proud of myself for actually getting dressed and going out into the world for a few minutes! I had to get into the holiday spirit before my Florida departure, since I’m about to go from cool winter weather to the mid-eighties of Broward county. We went to see the tree at Rockefeller, had some good soup and then headed back to the apartment, where I am currently pretending to pack my luggage.
While our brief excursion did work somewhat, I’m feeling pretty down. Bobby isn’t going home for Christmas (he couldn’t get out of work) and I hate leaving him here. I hate the idea of him being alone on Christmas and New Year’s Eve, even though he doesn’t seem to mind it very much. Maybe he’s just trying to keep me from getting upset (not working).
Will someone please keep my boyfriend company on Christmas? Preferably someone who isn’t going to try and make the moves on him? 😉
Love love,
Keiko Lynn
