I never got around to posting these photos; they got moved around and buried under new ones, until the season was no longer relevant. That’s the problem I run into with instagram: I’ll often post an outfit on there and then fail to post it on here, thinking I already did. The fact that I’m either touching my hat or hair in almost every photo, aside – seriously, I can never figure out what to do with my hands in photos or everyday situations (fidget fidget) – the feeling these evoke are that of nostalgia. Take me back, to warmth and color and easier days; I remember this as a very good one. And now, in my cold medicine fog with tissues in hand, I’m longing for warmth more than ever. These blankets aren’t enough.
