Too Faced Sweet Peach Collection Makeup Look
Wearing: Too Faced Sweet Peach eyeshadow palette (“Just Peachy” on lids, “Charmed, I’m Sure” on outer V, “Nectar” on inner corners, “Peaches ‘N Cream” blended upward from crease, “Caramelized” on lower lash line and “Candied Peach” blended outward in lower lash line and outer v), Papa Don’t Peach blush, Sweet Peach Glow highlighter, Sweet Peach Creamy Peach Oil Lip Gloss in “Pure Peach” (with The Balm lip liner in “Fineapple” underneath)
Too Faced released a whole Sweet Peach makeup collection to go with their beloved best-seller, the Sweet Peach eyeshadow palette, and I finally got around to trying it all out. I’m usually a little iffy about scented makeup (save for lip products), but I’m already such a fan of their chocolate line (especially their Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzers) and gave it a shot. I’m also really, really into peachy pinks and the peach scent is really pleasant, not sickeningly sweet or overwhelming. The shadows are buttery, highly pigmented, abd easily blended. It’s a great variety of colors, with lots of neutrals, poppy peaches, and a few jewel tones — you can do a muted daytime eye, peachy pink with flushed cheeks, a dramatic smoky eye…lots of options with this palette. The blush, Papa Don’t Peach, is my favorite of the collection. It’s a perfectly bronzed peach that gives a shimmery warmth — much needed for Winter, although I’m much more tan than usual, given my extended stay in Florida. I swear I wore sunscreen, but that Florida sun will get ya!
I have lip swatches of their Sweet Peach Creamy Peach Oil Lip Glosses coming up, and though I’m not usually a gloss kinda gal, I’m pretty into their creamy, peachy (redundant, I know) finish and scent. Overall, this is one of my favorite launches of theirs, and the cute packaging doesn’t hurt. I’m a sucker for cute packaging, but we already knew that.
Have you tried any of the Too Faced Sweet Peach collection? What are your thoughts?
