Is it weird that I almost feel like I’m cheating on my favorite Madewell jeans when I wear AGOLDE? Yeah, I guess it’s weird. The thing is, as much as I love the high rise skinnies, I have a harder time with some of the other styles fitting properly — and that goes for a lot of denim companies — so when I find a brand whose styles I like, I stick with them. Consider both Madewell and AGOLDE to be on that list. These “Pinch” jeans have the best rise, and while they may not be the most conventionally flattering fit on me, I’m not one for conventionally flattering things. Hi, I love tent dresses and other shapeless clothing. So, I’m pretty into a rigid high rise that is also somehow comfortable. Very into it. 

It may seem like this shirt is all I’ve been wearing lately, and that’s half right. I’m currently on wear 28!! of 30, and I’m kind of sad it’s almost over. This was several outfits ago, when I decided to pair it with 4 of my other most worn items in my closet. This jacket, the jeans, the backpack, and the shoes are all very well worn. In fact, it’s time for me to get a backup pair of these shoes!
