The easiest DIY Christmas skirt, ever!
Disney World is a pretty magical place any time of year, but it’s the most magical at Christmas time. From giant gingerbread houses at the resorts to “snow” on Main Street, it is such a great way to get into the holiday spirit. We’re headed back this week, but we actually got to go last month for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. At the last minute, I decided to make a Christmas tree inspired skirt with an inexpensive tulle skirt from Amazon, a bunch of pom poms, and a hot glue gun. And if it’s too late for you to get into a Christmas craft session, try it on another color skirt!
Jess (of Shop House Of Mouse) made a white pom pom skirt earlier this year (inspired by Minnie’s birthday outfit) and it was absolutely adorable! See it here. I normally would’ve hand stitched the pom poms but I tried hot glue (since it was so last minute) and it worked really well. Just make sure you use something like wax paper or glossy cardboard between the layers of tulle to keep them from sticking together.
