During the winter, I usually settle into a routine of basing my outfits around whatever coat I want to wear – which is why I have a lot of coats. They take up a lot of space in my closet, but keep my wardrobe a little more interesting. After all, I have no intention of taking off any outer layers when it’s that cold, so I might as well make the coats the main event. This led me to collecting a lot of statement outerwear (a few examples here, here, and here), but I finally started introducing some neutrals.
