Fall Fragrances
Wearing: Mien wrap dress, Brixton beret, Viktor&Rolf “Magic Sage Spell”. The rest of my makeup details are linked below.
Fall is definitely here! It’s my absolute favorite season, fleeting as it is. I’m changing over my wardrobe and swapping out sundresses for sweaters and straw hats for berets. I’m currently trying out Viktor&Rolf “Magic Sage Spell” from Sephora — an earthy, woodsy departure from my go-to clean and bright summery fragrances. Its bright top notes of lavender, citrus and peppermint mixed with warmer sage and absinthe at the core ease the transition of seasons. Is there any better way to start anew than with sage? Besides, its vintage apothecary inspired bottle fits right in with my decor!
I love a more masculine scent when the days turns colder and darker. It’s bottled warmth: like being wrapped in a blanket on a crisp Fall day, drinking hot cider and crunching fallen leaves under your boots. Can you tell I’m excited for Fall? And isn’t it funny how we tell and recall our stories and experiences with matching scents? One of the things I love about shopping for fragrances at Sephora is that they’re broken down by fragrance families, so it’s easy to narrow down — and they even have a Fall scents category for some seasonal ideas. What’s your Fall fragrance go-to?
